When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
We strive to display our products and their prices as accurately as possible. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items upon delivery. You must notify the delivery agent immediately or contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Custom or perishable goods cannot be returned unless they are spoiled at the time of delivery.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
